The women of the Kappa chapter truly embrace the Alpha Xi Delta vision statement, “Inspiring women to realize their potential.”  We strive to better ourselves everyday, whether it be through sisterhood, service, leadership, or academics.  Alpha Xi Delta offers a lifetime of opportunity.  

Our members are actively involved on campus and participate in countless other activities, clubs, and organizations.  The women of the chapter pride themselves on scholarship and dedication in all aspects of their lives.  Each day, we encourage our sisters to be better by pushing each other to become leaders within our own organization and in other places. 

The chapter gives so much to each one of its members, but also recognizes how important it is to give back. In 2023, Alpha Xi Delta will continue to support the Kindly Hearts Campaign. The Kindly Hearts Campaign is our long-term philanthropy that is focused on service and fundraising to support children and teens experiencing foster care and homelessness. Alpha Xi Delta believes that all children deserve to be loved and supported, which is why our chapter is dedicated to aiding local organizations that strive to care for these vulnerable populations. Along with hosting our own events, we love volunteering in the community and attending campus philanthropy events. 

Finally, our sisterhood is unlike any other.  The women of our chapter are diverse, driven, genuine, and supportive.  We are there for each other in good times and bad times.  On our big campus, Alpha Xi Delta is our home. Alpha Xi Delta is more than just a collegiate experience; it is a lifetime of commitment and support.
